The Healthy Ontario Initiative is comprised of community leaders and many types of organizations concerned about community health and prosperity. Our mandate is to empower the community to take ownership of its health. By doing this, Ontario joins an elite group of cities discovering that economic growth and development are better able to flourish when citizens' health needs are met.
